“I recently upgraded to an induction cooktop and found my old stainless pans were useless. After a lot of research decided on the Aus-Ion 30cm pan. Being new to both induction and cast / wrought iron cookware was a challenge. At first I was spending more time cleaning than cooking. Eggs were a particular problem, even with great dollops of oil. After around a month I have finally got the hang of it, the seasoning is finally working and I have the temperature dialed in. The pan itself is wonderful, however if you are new to cast / wrought iron cooking be prepared to do a lot of research and experimentation. Well worth it in the end.”
