“My First impression was ...How light it was ..200 grams less than my usual alloy composite. It heated in half the time at half the my usual temp setting .. OK, LOL Crispy Skin Salmon. OMFG..Easy peasy cleanup once cooled, Next day Eggs , Half the heat n oil, crispy edge soft centre, Then stir fry ..Stopping here .. Going to buy the pan .”
“I've been using my classic Asian wrought iron wok the past 3 decades and it cooked fantastic meals like no other cookwares could. This wok of mine was passed down from my grandmother (she lived to her late 60s) to her daughter, my late mother (who lived to 98yo) who then passed it down to me back in the mid 90s. I've never once washed my wok since, just wiped cleaned after each use. It is practically non-stick! Now, I've just bought this wok from you and have used it several times, but must admit, the dishes it produced is not as good as my old generational wok yet. But given time, it should - that I know. So, sorry, I abstain from rating your wok yet but temporary give it a 3 stars so that I can submit this feedback to you.
Good thing I liked about your AUS-ION wok is it is so much lighter in wight compared to my traditional Asian wok which is many times thicker, heavier and more clumpsy to use.
Oh, btw, both my son and daughter are now aruging over who should inherit my Asian wok after my passing. lol.”
