AUS-ION™ 30cm/4L Dual-Handle Wok Reviews

5 Rating 69 Reviews
The first thing I noticed about this wok is how light it feels It almost feels lighter than my 28cm frypan workhorse The heat distribution is very good even with the high sides I love using this for larger meals and its perfect for stirfries The double handles are well thought out and make for easy washing Really recommend

My mum got me this wok for my birthday and its such a game changer I love that the sides get super hot so you have even cooking all around Because it holds the heat so well once youve got a good fry going on you can turn it right down and the wok does the rest Everything just slides around with no sticking Its also a work of art my mum is a metal worker so she spent like 5 minutes just admiring it when it arrived Thank you for lovingly creating such beautiful products

Ive only used my new wok twice a most welcome Christmas gift and I love it I saved its first use for a stir fry on our electric cooktop which worked brilliantly That experience taught me how easy it is to heat use and wipe clean Second time I used it for a curry Plenty of room for all ingredients to mingle Both times I was cooking for two but could easily cook enough for 4 or 5 adults It will be on high rotation in my kitchen from now on

I love this thing its a real winner for making stirfry foods with a bit of sizzle but also fantastic for a big dish on a slow heat and can go in the oven This is my go to for onepotwonders Cleaning is easy a quick wash under the tap spray with oil hang it up Im slowly converting my whole kitchen to solidteknics

If anyone is after a good wok that doesn39t add unwanted toxin to the food, this is the one. It heats up quickly, the two handles make it easy to handle and cook with. A bit of a disadvantage with regards to cleaning. The wok has to be kept dry to avoid getting rusty. Best is to wash it straight away under hot water and then leave it to dry. Still, a very good product.

I had gone through so many different types of woks before getting my dual handle Aus-Ion wok. The handles do get a bit hot sometimes (I use BBQ gloves if I am moving it from stove to bench) but it has been going strong for more than 8 years now and I know I will never need to buy another one! Heats evenly and quickly on my gas cook top, great stir fry and fried rice every time. If things stick a bit I just use my stainless steal chain mail scrub and then give it a quick heat and oil to season before putting it away again.
