How satisfied are you with the product quality? The product is different to what I expected from the website

I trusted in the sizes conversion table and it is completely wrong. I use a USA 12, EU 44 and I ordered an M. It was very small. I doubt that an L could fit!.

Beautiful colour and nice shoe overall, but the sizing guide is pretty misleading (i measured my feet and the size i ordered after that was way too small)...the second pair was fitting good but the material quality and overall look and feel is really poor and the material was damaged. The pair i received after the second exchange had damaged material as well (sole not glued properly), so i believe it is a general problem with this model and/or brand.

I wear a size 39 all the time. But the size did not fit me here. My spouse wears a 38 and it fit well in width, but too loose in the toe. I think you need to add not only the foot length, but also the width to the size range. That would help a lot of people

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have ordered many items through your store. My previous orders were under the email radu_mi@windowslive.com, though I’ve since changed emails. Recently, I ordered a pair of shoes, and while delivery was fast, I was disappointed to see that one of the shoes tore after less than a week of normal use. This is not what I expect in terms of quality, especially as a returning customer. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and arrange a replacement or a suitable solution. Please let me know the next steps. Thank you.

For my first order, I chose my regular shoe size. The shoes arrived very quickly but were far too big. Since I wanted to take them on vacation, I quickly ordered a size smaller. I later wanted to arrange the return of the larger pair and saw that I could have simply exchanged them instead—otherwise, there would be return fees. So I ordered the smaller size again via the exchange option and sent an email asking to cancel the first order. Since I received no response, I followed up the next day. I was told the process could no longer be stopped. So I refused to accept the delivery. Only 45 minutes had passed between my order and the cancellation request. I don’t understand why a cancellation or change to the order wasn’t possible in connection with the return. The shoes then took a very long time to reach me, and I wasn’t refunded the full amount either. So much for customer service. The shoes themselves are comfortable, but unfortunately, they are not odor-neutral as described—neither with nor without socks. So I really can’t use them.

In the past , they were great shoes. I have bought many from Tropicfeel and Sunset were always my favorie. These had a defecti and I was told my usage was not consistent with the warranty. They just would not fix them 1 week after i bought them.....

When opened the first thing I noticed was how it felt, plasticy and very cheap. When I tried them on they were rigid instead of the flexibility they sell. Then also saw the lace was missing the end stop already, it made me decide to send them back. The way their return is set up is very much work and unpersonal/computer driven (?). Which makes me feel like I'm bothering them instead of just wanting a good and decent product. I would not recommend buying here.
