How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong– Too wide

“Ok I have 5 pairs of tropic feel. I first got it as a backer from kick starter! I had the jungle. (Got monsoon subsequently) This is my second at lite and suffers from the same problem as the first one.. which is the inside of the shoe where the top node of the shoe laces are, that scratches my feet. Unlike my jungle where I can wear it just bare feet, I must wear socks with these.. that’s why I don’t wear my first AT that much, and was hoping that was just that pair and got a new one. I keep just going back to my original jungle which is falling apart. The monsoon doesn’t allow to lower the heel part. I have a picture of where the problem is but I don’t seem to be able to attach a photo here. Anyway. Hope you guys fix this because I want to love it”

“After a couple of steps the shoe caused a wound in my ankle, slightly above the point where the sock reached up to. I had to put on a band aid that, by chance, I was carrying with me. Otherwise, I could not have walked in those shoes”

“I was expecting something closer to the Canyon Fresh Black — more like a lightweight river or water shoe. These feel noticeably higher around the foot and aren’t as easy to slip on and off. They also lack the lightweight, flexible feel of the older model, which could easily be folded or rolled up. I really miss that simplicity and flexibility.”

“I ordered the sunset breeze onyx white and I receiced the sunset breeze glacier blue. Dispate all exchanges done with customer services it seemed “impossible” to send me ehat I ordered… so ended up with a refund of the money…. If now, out of sales, I order the shoes again, I need to pay double….. nice trick uhnn??”

“They were too small. They are not true to size. I asked for an exchange. The labels sent didn’t work. Took over 5 days to get someone to reply to me. Missed window to receive them before my trip so asked for a refund - still waiting.”
