“I have several items and decided to go for the shoes this time, unfortunately there’s no cushioning at the heel area and walking in them causes serious blisters on my Achilles heel. Wouldn’t recommend without trying them on first and being able to return (check their return policies first)”

“I had issues with my first back pack that I only used twice. They wouldn't warranty it. Tried this one but knew what to look for and sent it back cause the zipper had issues. They charge n]me a restocking fee. You guys suck”

“Last pair I bought had a problem that hurt my feet. I sent them back, and was told because they has a spot they would not refund, AND they threw away the shoes... After quite few back and forth emails with Cust Sevice, no luck. Even reached out to the company leadership and ... crickets. So I ended up with no shoes and no refund. They hurt my feet anyweay so I did not need really want them back, but that was not ethical. So if you want a companty that will back their products, Tropicfeel is NOT it.”
