“The product is way too expensive for its practicality and quality, and the customer service is really bad: I bought this bag about a year ago, and it was a little bit expensive, but why not? The bag was less practical than expected, as the upper access is not the easiest, but the bag was good. After a year, a small hole appeared from unglued material, and I contacted support for a defective bag. I was welcomed with an AI answer, which was a little bit frustrating. It took more than a month to obtain a new one, and I had to almost harass them to have the new product I paid for sent.”

“The one star is for the company. ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. A rip off . I bought these trainers. They didn’t fit . I sent them back. They decided to not reimburse me without explanation. I am currently in correspondence with the ombudsman to get my money. Interesting that they are keen to get reviews yet it is IMPOSSIBLE to directly talk to anyone in their company. DONT BUY ‘”
