“Im sure the quality is great but these shoes are not for everyone. The fit is very wide and doesn’t hug my foot the proper way and my heels constantly slip out. Tightening the shoelaces doesn’t do very much more than making them uncomfortable. Can’t return since I already used them.”

“I ordered some sneakers from Tropicfeel with an estimated delivery time of 5–6 days. That deadline was not met. During the process, the DHL Parcel tracking information indicated a failed delivery attempt with the reason “no one home,” which was not true—I was at home throughout the entire time frame indicated, without any phone contact, doorbell ring, or notice left. After I filed a complaint, instead of resolving the situation with a home delivery as agreed (and paid for), the order was ultimately diverted to a DHL pickup location, forcing me to travel to pick up a product I had already paid to have delivered to my home. In summary: a significant delay compared to the advertised delivery time, a delivery record that did not match reality, and a service that failed to deliver what was paid for. I do not recommend this shopping experience, at least with this shipping partner.”
