“Too heavy and too bulky. I had to send them back which is by the way EXTREMELY expensive. Not a customer-friendly policy. Tropic Feel has been good now I think it’s over.”

“These might be marketed as all-terrain shoes, but they are only suitable for very short walks. I wore them in Lisbon during a 3-4 hour city scavenger hunt, and they performed poorly. They have virtually no cushioning and provide zero support for the feet or ankles - and this is coming from someone who regularly handles long walks and multi-day hikes. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of relying on these shoes again during several stages of the Fishermen’s Trail, trusting the brand enough to bring only this pair for the trip. Each stage of the trail is roughly 20 km, flat, and includes various surfaces such as asphalt, dirt, and sand. After just the first day, my feet were severely blistered and incredibly painful. Continuing the hike in these shoes turned the following days into absolute agony. Still better than going barefoot I guess though!”
