How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong– Too small

“Good shoes. Worst company to deal with. Avoid! Trying to replace my beloved tropic feels with a new pair has been a nightmare. Doing an exchange for a new size turned into a two-week process of emails because they couldn't understand the simplest requests for a new size deliver to a different address which their website makes very clear as possible but it takes at least three to five days to get a response to an email and there's no phone number you can call this by asking multiple times. The live chat is fairly any better as they usually just respond by email a few days later anyway. After finally getting it sorted the new shoes never arrived within another two weeks before I traveled and now they're telling me the return wasn't received at the warehouse despite a shipping label that says it has. This is just unacceptably poor, which is a shame because I would have been very loyal to the shoes!”

“The shoes look great and are very comfortable but after a bit more than a couple of weeks and after wearing them about four or five times, and not even for hiking, one of the rubber pieces has already been unglued and is coming off, and I'd say is going worse day by day. Will see how long it lasts decently. I was expecting some more quality or at least some more durable product. Probably won't buy again.”

“Each time I take the shoes off the seal moves out together with my feet, which makes me have to put it back manually every time. The sizes are smaller than expected, my size is 44,5 and the ordered 44-45 are too small for me (too tight). Otherwise, the overall quality seems OK.”

“I exchanged the shoes one month ago and I never received the other pair. The courier can't locate the parcel and Tropicfeel maintains that as soon as they receive the parcel (which they can't locate either) they'll process it. I want action pronto.”
