I was totally excited to get hold on that bag. It would be the gamechanger in travelling being able to stuff all worn garments just in this bag, and not only seperate them neatly from the clean clothes but also do magic in sealing it into a flat thing that easily fits in every luggage... But does magic exist? Maybe not at the first attemt. The laundry bag is super isolated and has the perfect size. It seals super cool, yes. Yet I could not get it closed, as there was always air coming back. Either the concept of reusable foodbags isn't the best choice for a laundry bag, or I am uncapable with it, or the folding in the package would need a difference, as the edge to close forms waves where the klick-zip-system refuses to stay closed.

Short on arms..can't use the sleeves as glove mode. Size L fits me but only with regular t shirt. With sweatshirt it's not a comfortable fit. Mouth cover is not comfortable

This is probably not the place to write this, but I’m out of options at this point! I have not received the order at all and DHL has wrongly marked the order as delivered! Repeated emails to TropicFeel and calls to DHL have not yielded in anything! I feel super frustrated and wish that I get my sneakers soon!

Unfortunately, I have paid floor my order but it was never delivered. I’ve sent numerous emails to Tropicfeel without resolution. Very disappointed.

In October I ordered a pair of TropicFeel sneakers. According to you tracking system they were delivered on the 6th November. Unfortunately I still haven’t received anything at all. Please advise.

I bought two pairs of Geyser Great shoes last year. When I took them out this year for the approaching rainy and cooler season, I was surprised to find that the glue on the toe of both shoes had separated between the sole and the upper of the shoe. Last year this problem did not occur during use and the shoes were stored in completely ordinary conditions in a shoe cabinet. I contacted Tropicfeel support, but they sent me a canned response saying that the warranty does not cover "defects and damage due to normal wear and tear". The shoes in question have not been used for six months in total, having arrived after long delays last September, when I was on the very trip for which I originally ordered them. I started actually using them in November last year until February this year. Even if I'd worn these every single day during that period – which I didn't – the glue shouldn't let go after four months, a cheap pair of fast fashion shoes will last longer than that. But that's not what happened. When I put the shoes away this spring, there was nothing wrong with them, when I took them out a few days ago, that's when I noticed the problem. This is clearly not caused by wear and tear from use, but by a design flaw or the subpar quality of the glue used. I have bought a total of six pairs of shoes from Tropicfeel until now. I had a problem with my first pair of Canyon shoes, which also broke after less than a year and were also not replaced, but at the time I said okay, after all, they were my primary travel shoes, they were my faithful companion over several continents, I accept that they were subject to considerable wear and tear. But that is not the case this time at all, the Geyser in question was only used in a normal urban environment, not subjected to any extreme strain, and the defect occurred after or during 7 months of disuse. The manufacturing flaw is corroborated by several Trustpilot reviews reporting the same issue. In my opinion, Tropicfeel's response to such problems is unacceptable, particularly given the image it aims to convey. After a while, support did not reply to my e-mails at all, they did not send me the "Sheet of Claim" document referred to in the Terms of Service. I am incredibly disappointed with the whole process and attitude, I will most definitely not be buying from this company again and I strongly caution others against doing so as well.
