“Very disappointed. They are called silver white but they are a yellowy cream colour so completely different to the picture. I also had to pay to send them back!”

“they won't send me my exchange! So frustrating. Can't get anyone to respond to my emails either. Love the product but cannot recommend, not even in the slightest, with this level of customer service. I feel they've stolen my money.”

“I bought them to be comfy, stylish and dry, but clearly they aren't suitae for the last one. They're not so waterproof. I have tried them twice under the rain in Amsterdam while commuting to work by bike and water passed to my socks and I had to remain wet for the rest of the day. I would not recommend them.”

“I just received them a week ago - 3 days walking normally and the lace is already broken. Also blisters on my feet behind both heels. I am not use to have it. Can you fix the lace ? Thanks”

“The only reason this isn’t getting 1 star is because I like the shoe and they are comfortable. However, I made two orders.. of which one was exchanged and the other was exchanged and then ultimately returned. I am still back and forth with customer service attempting to get my return correct (via 20+ emails) and still was not refunded the correct amount. No shoe is worth the annoyance that I’ve encountered with customer service.”

“Stiil waiting for my package, it s been a nightmare, I love your brand but your shipment department and customer service is deficient, I learnt my lesson if I want to purchase your products I have to do so in the actual store not online, even though it is your site it was a and still is a bad experience. What a dissapointment.”
