“Me gustan las zapatillas, son cómodas y mi talla. Sin embargo, en el cosido no están bien acabadas en la parte interior superior de los dos zapatos. Esto no es exclusivo de estas zapatillas… compré otros dos modelos Jungle en otra web porque no sabía mi talla y los dos estaban igual de mal cosidos en esa parte. Por otro lado, son cómodas y ligeras. No me ha hecho gracia pagar un dineral por unas zapatillas mal acabadas. Iba a comprarles una mochila para mi viaje de mochilero a Asia, pero visto los acabados y la calidad, mejor me la compro en el Decathlon.”

“Unfortunately, I wasn't able to actually wear the shoes. The sizing was off and I was told I couldn't exchange them for a different size but could only return them. On top of that, I had to pay shipping for the return. I might not have minded as much if they would have exchanged it for a different size but basically I paid shipping and have nothing in return. The excuse for the shipping charge was laughable. Something about it being necessary in order to save the earth or some such nonsense. Most companies don't charge return shipping and I never experienced a company that would not exchange for another size. Plus, I'm still waiting for my refund. You also can't speak to a live person. Everything is done through a chatbot which doesn't understand most of the time or by email, which is not much better. Avoid this company.”
