“After I bought my HDry travel sneakers end of October 2023, the material peels off and does not get clean anymore (status: mid of December 2023). First I was impressed how easy I can wash off dirt and how waterproof they are also walking through the snow. I tested them this way before starting my 4 months trip to Central- and South America. Now, after I crossed a small river with them, the glue gets off and dirt stays in the material. In addition, after they got wet, they started smelling very badly. They are not white anymore and I also avoid water as well as mud now, which of course was not the initial idea of me buying them for my travels. The comfort itself is good but for the price I am disappointed the USP does not last in action.”

“The product never arrived!!! After multiple exchanges with so called customer services they informed me that the item had been lost. Apart from that last definitive statement I received repetitive, avoidance of the issue, stock replies ("I'm contacting you personally"...received about 5 times), misleading replies, avoidance of questions I asked and frankly I had the impression they were simply lying. I will never (attempt) to buy another Tropicfeel product again!”

“I wanted to love this shoe, I really did. I bought it because I own 3 other pairs of Tropicfeel shoes that I've been very happy with, they were great, with no break-in period, still use them almost daily. However, the Dune are terribly uncomfortable, I thought maybe I just had to break them in a bit longer, but after wearing them a couple of times for the whole day, they were really tight around the ankle, so much so that for a couple days after wearing them, I still had pain (similar feeling to when you twist your ankle). I haven't tried to wear them again since then, I don't know why I'd have to put myself through that discomfort again, so I might just sell them since I don't think I can return them anymore. I've tried readjusting the shoelaces, I've tried wearing them with/without socks, and bending them out a little bit, but nothing has really worked. The seam around the ankle, besides being tight, it's also very thick and digs into your ankle. I don't think it's a size issue, I have pretty narrow feet and ankles, and I chose the same size that has worked for my other Tropicfeel shoes.”

“I liked the look and the color but the finishing of the rubber tip on both shoes was very different. In addition neither size 45 nor size 46 fitted my wide feet (typically 45). I tried but it started hurting quick.”
