First, the shoes are fabulous. Probably the most comfortable pair I’ve ever worn. Beautifully designed. Look great. However, the pair I received had a number of manufacturing defects that somehow slipped through QC. The company, after being provided with photos, told me to pack them up, send them back, and wait for a new pair. A three week process. I would have preferred that they took responsibility and sent me the one shoe replacement immediately rather than inconveniencing me for their quality control issues. Won’t be buying from them again.

I bought these for a 2 week journey around Columbia which was a mix of city and trekking. On my third time wearing them, the laces broke. After a week, they smelled so I rinsed them in water, since then small plastic pieces come out of the inside of the shoe. The heel has aslo worn to nothing. I wore these without socks once and since then the soles within have wrinkled and won't sick back in the shoe properly. I've gotten a blister from these shoes. All this within the first 2 weeks of wearing them - very disappointing as they look lovely and were supper comfy out the box.

I wouldn’t resort to a bad review if it weren’t for the bad customer service. Let me start off by saying, I WANT TO WRITE A RAVE REVIEW, because, the shoes, to an extent, are fabulous. The problem is, the laces, which are such a featured part of the shoe campaign, break way too easily and with almost 2 months of not receiving replacements, I’m bummed that the customer service doesn’t care how this reflects upon their brand. I have been planning a UK trip pre-Covid and so I wanted to make sure to get proper hiking type sneakers to deal with all the rainy conditions I would encounter. These Tropicfeel shoes looked like the perfect fit! July 5 I put in my order hoping to receive the shoes before my trip Aug 1. Well, I got the shoes on July 8th (so fast) but immediately trying on the first shoe, the lace end broke off. I photographed and emailed the customer service team. Two days go by and I get a response which basically says I can just get new laces from Tropicfeel that aren’t the ones in the ads. So I request them and let them know I would like to have before my trip. Well, they never sent me any laces. While in the UK, the other lace broke. I get back, Aug 18, and I sort through my mail, no laces were sent. Bums me out.

The product itself is good; however the service is catastrophic! I paid double after an exchange and no refund is given/planned!! I bought canyon desert green for 82€ which was unfortunately too big so I ordered a smaller one. When I instructed the order I was given another Order-ID and I was charged another 82€. I thought this is a normal process and that I will get refunded for the first order. After 3 weeks no refund, I asked the customer service. What did I get? They said there was no double payment! And that I need to check my bank account I have a good control of my finance and I knew when I was charged double; so I send them a screenshot of bank statement to show them the double payment. In return, I asked them to check with the accounting department or the one in charge with transactions whether there is a double payment. Up to now, no replies anymore… If you ever buy from this company, do not ever do return/exchange, if you don’t want to get robbed by paying double. And customer service didn’t even care and didn’t take my question/complaint seriously enough.

The shoelaces are so bad and hard that they give huge marks on my feet

Items are good, however I feel misled on my purchase. I purchased the bag based on video showing magnetic front pouch and divider wardrobe insert. I enquired about why and they are to be purchased separately as accessories and very expensive. Very disappointed.

Totally empty the backpack weighed at least 5 lbs! So I returned it

The shoes are very nice, comfortable and warm, but after only 2 months of usage they started to open in the tip.
