“I cannot even write a review because my order of one- month old hasn't been shipped. The money cannot be returned neither. So, a month later of my purchase I do not have neither the shoes nor the money. There is no true solution from customer service, they say only to wait. But how long? Is it possible to receive my order at the same time I see my grand childs born? I only have 8-month baby)”

“The name says it all: It's a waterproof daypack, nothing more, nothing less. The product is very well made, and I have no doubt it will last a long time, but it's very simple (no laptop sleeve, or smaller compartments). Also, the straps are a bit thin and finicky, which makes them uncomfortable to wear, and they kept sliding off my shoulders (there is no chest-strap). The roll-top is great for waterproofing, but becomes a bit annoying after a while.”

“This review is primarily for the terrible customer service from Tropicfeel through their returns process. I’ve returned the parcel via their procedure (using Evri), but have heard nothing further. Their online chat facility doesn’t work. Consider very carefully before making a purchase; I expect I’ll eventually have to initiate a chargeback. The shoe itself was ok, not quite the fit I was expecting and there was a rough area of stitching near the inside ankle that would cause irritation without a sock. Considering the Sunsets were to be worn barefoot so they could get wet, this meant they weren’t any use. YMMV.”

“The Nest backpack is truly a disappointment. Upon arrival, I found the material didn't justify its costs. The zipper to the main compartment were hard to open as it sits within the flap of the backpack. The product page was also misleading with the laptop fit as it seems to show a 16" Macbook laptop sliding in. My 16" Macbook laptop unfortunately does not fit in the laptop sleeve. The size of the laptop sleeve should be mentioned to help customers make better decisions. I talked to a customer service agent to return the backpack without having to pay the return fee due to the misleading product page but she ignored my issue only replying with refund information and the refund fee. I had to repeat my ask and she stated that there was a refund fee due to changing transportation and fuel costs. If the company truly cared about those costs, the product pages should be as descriptive as possible so prevent refunds! At this point, I will go through the return process to get my money back and to be done with Tropicfeel.”

“Too expensive for what they are. Unconfortable plastic that makes you sweat a lot, it's impossible to wear them with socks. I am sorry but they looked a lot more comfortable then what they are”
