“Over all the products I bough were a it disappointing. I bought the combo of Travel strap bag with weels and the 5 extra complements. After only 1 travel, he bag has lost quite of the shape and it shows some wrinkles of the cloth unglued to the armor of the suitcase. Also when using the bag on the roller, it doesn't behave well and is difficult to carry. I do have some other suggestions, but Im sad it didn't meet my expectations as I was really looking forward for it. I am worried it wont last long and I expected it to be more resistant as I have just used one long weekend at the moment. Lets see how it behaves after my 21 day tryp to argentina...”

“It's been several months and I have not received my jacket yet. Reached out to them only to find out that the package was missing. They put in a new order for me and made me pay the import tax money again which I did but since then there has been no update at all on whether the package is coming or not. Each time I reached out for assistance it feels like I get an automated email back because it always says the same thing. Not sure if I would order again from this company...”
