“Placed initial order which took over a month to arrive. The shoe did not fit well so I ordered an exchange for a smaller size. Its been another 1.5 months and I have no news on shipping. After several emails with Tropicfeel asking for updates, all I get is a standard response that it will be shipped 'shortly'. Finally I got a response that there "might" be a delay due to duties on this order. Firstly, there were no import duties on the original order, so why now? Secondly, I have no email/sms from courier about any import duties. It's been a really bad experience.”

“Unfortunately, I do not like the Canyon as much as I hoped I would. I love the look, the easy lace up, slip on. The fit was not so great. I feel like there is insufficient arch support and when I tried to replace the insoles with my own the shoe was tight and I still experienced heel pain when standing for longer than 15 minutes. Unfortunately I cannot return them as they are not brand new as I did try to break them it... they were only worn indoors though.I do hope y'all improve your return policy. I'm going to get a pair of Hokas - their return policy is 30 days of wearing.”

“Size 41 was way to big and size 40 too small, so I didn't keep the shoe. Too bad, because it looked nice and I have been searching for a nice looking waterproof sneaker for quite a while.”

“Love the design however not good for the ankle, it is really too tight it hurts really much. I've asked for a bigger size than mine and it was not enough. Just return them and I'm waiting for the refund.”
