Really disappointed that the pant legs don't accommodate larger, muscular thighs.

How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product was broken after short period of usage
First pair lasted two hours and then started to fall apart. Replacement pair lasted twice as much but after 4 hours of normal walking started to fell apart. Customer service would have substituted it at my own expenses. Quality is obviously missing here and, given the circumstances the right thing to do was refund me. Pity.

I ordered a Shelter backpack with a June delivery date as i was travelling abroad in July and wanted this for then. Didnt turn up. Chased them...got poor answers and missed deadlines. Finally, having had no further updates, had to chase them in August. It finally arrived in September. Rubbish.
