“The bag arrived with scuff marks all over it, very poor quality control. 3 weeks after receiving my return I am still yet to be refunded. Customer service is awful and quality of products has dropped considerably. I will not buy from Tropicfeel again.”

“Still, I am completely in love with the design! Sadly the quality didn’t meet my expectations. The seams on the belt looked cheap and crooked and the pad at the back doesn’t feel good on the skin, while wearing a tanktop. It’s too hard and stiff.”

“We bought a first set of shoes to try out the product, it was great. Then we ordered a few more, actually many more and after a huge amount of time AND after paying for the product, we have received NOTHING!”

“They do look nice & comfy but they are not very robust. Only had just over a month & the plastic part on the ends of shoe lace has come off so can't hold the laces securely. Therefore, the shoe can't be used. Only used for trips to town & once to the beach. For the price, they should really be tougher so can't recommend.”
