“36 EU / 6 US shoes. Two people to put the shoes on... might be the shoe laces too short? Once with the shoes on, they were great. But too complicated to put them on. Size is good but opening too small. Ordered replacement shoe laces, never received them after 2 weeks now. Very disappointed at the moment as I cannot put them on. Could ask for a refund...”

“Initially loved the shoes but after just 3 weeks of wearing them, they are starting to fall apart - stitches coming out and side of the shoes coming off inside too. At this price, it is disappointing. So I have requested a return which was quick and easy online but after 2 full days, no replies from customer service and still no refund/exchange.”

“I've been using them for 2 months now. The shoe is pretty confortable for walking and normal hikes. The inner sole is very frail and not very good quality, it started to peel off after the very first hike. If you are using it in a very humid environment (I used them in Thailand for 3 weeks) they take some time to dry so they get smelly really fast. It was fun to be able to use them in water but I wouldn't recommend them for snorkeling since the shoes float a lot. I would definitely not buy them again, at least at full price.”

“So far good quality but it took so long to be delivered. The items went back to the HQ and it was really difficult to reach you, so it took more than 2 weeks, since I bought the items, to get them. Beside of that good and happy with the products”

“Llegó el pedido en el color equivocado. La tramitación de la devolución por el color adecuado fue todo correcto. Les llega al almacén y me lo confirman por correo. Mi mujer nunca llegó a recibir las zapatillas devolución por el color correcto.”
