“I ordered the shoes and after initially exchanging them for a smaller size, there's been a series of mistakes and miscommunication from the customer service team which went like; - Sends me a damaged pair - As there's no return label after the first exchange, I had to post it myself. - Sends me wrong colour pair - Customer service wrongly tells me the colour I received is the colour i ordered. They are very different. They admit their mistake. - Again I post it back myself for another exchange - Customer service cancels my order instead of exchange - They apologises and tells me they will refund the full amount as well as the postage I paid so far - Refunds me wrong amount - I receive a notification saying that I'll receive an order - I thought it was all cancelled. - They assure me that the order is cancelled and the notification is a mistake - They refunds me wrong amount again - Despite saying it's a mistake and all cancelled, I received an order. I contact the customer service to take it back as I didn't want it after all above. They say they can't pick it up and I have to post it back to them, again wasting my time and with my own money which they fail to refund correctly twice already. - The order (still unopened) is still waiting to be picked up by them. It's been a really poor and frustrating customer service experience. They think by being friendly (putting emojis and apologising on email) is good customer service. It's not. Do the right thing and arrange a pick up from me immediately.”

“I received my order very quickly but found that the shoes were too big. I processed an exchange on the website and mailed them back, requesting a smaller size. Since then, I haven't heard anything. No confirmation of the exchange being received or processed, no credit to my credit card, no word of a new pair being sent, nothing. It has been quite a few weeks now. I have several pair of TropicFeel and they are great shoes. I just wish the service were better.”

“The quality of the backpack is really poor if you really want to go backpacking with it. The shoulder straps are not back-adjustable and don’t seem to support that good with the weight. I imagined it to be a lot different for that price. Also I through the backpack-wardrobe would be included, which was not the case”

“La entrega fue desastrosa, dijeron que no habían entregado porque no había nadie en casa, lo que no era cierto, luego no me dijeron donde lo habían mandado, cuando por fin me dan la dirección voy a buscarlo y me dicen en el sitio que ya no está ahí. Finalmente conseguí el producto persiguiendo al furgón de DHL porque se lo estaban llevando a un pueblo a una hora de donde estaba.”

“I love the idea and the colour: the shoe is light which is perfect when travelling with cabin-size baggage. However: - The lace cut into the top of my foot so I wouldn't recommend it if you have a high foot dorsum like me. - After only two months traveling both shoes had holes in them (I was also traveling with walking boots for actual treks). Would not recommend them for long-term travel as they simply did not last the whole trip. My boyfriend traveled with standard sneakers for the same purposes: they were heavier but intact after 6 months of traveling.”
