“Dear Tropicfeel team, Honestly, I was so happy to have found the ‘all purpose’ shoes, they seemed perfect for my travels! I have tried them at home, I can experience in advance they are not soft and flexible enough inside for me, I am almost certain without socks, they will create blisters… So unfortunate, because I do like them! I haven't been home much lately, I will try them once more, but most likely I will send them back within the return policy.”

“There was something really strange about these shoes, when I put my foot in they were the perfect width and length. But as soon as I started walking they repeatedly slipped off and bunched/sucked under the bottom of my foot no matter how tight I did the laces up. On closer inspection, you can see the bunching in the video on the website. Had to return them as they were unwearable and was charged £6.90 returns fee and £4.99 delivery, so a total of £11.89 for a rubbish product”

“It was an exchange, but I never received it. You sent me a different model that I decided to keep. But with my experience with the older shoes. The quality is terrible and didn't stay waterproof for not 9 months.”

“So, after more than 2 years I feel I can finally say something about this backpack (I have got Shell + wardrobe system + toiletry bag). I am going to start with good things. The toiletry bag is amazing. Seriously. I couldn’t imagine a toiletry bag that is designed better. It can hold everything you need in a very organized way. Also, the fact that it is fidlock mounted on a backpack is very cool and handy. The kangaroo pocket (or whatever it is called - the thing on the bottom that you can store shoes in) is excellent. It can hold pretty much any “low” shoes, it's waterproof, easy to clean - perfect. The offload thing - works, so it's good :D Thanks to the wardrobe you can compress your clothes much more than with standard compression bags which is absolutely insane. The backpack itself is very packable - you can pack for an entire week with ease, and you can fit shopping for a week for two people. Despite that - the backpack is still quite compact for everyday use. But now the time has come… Time to say what's wrong with this backpack. First things first - is it HEAVY as f***. It is the heaviest backpack I have ever held in my hands. It is so heavy, that even with a thin and light Lenovo Yoga few pens, and a bottle of water, your shoulders are getting tired after one hour. And the Wardrobe is extremely heavy also. On top of that, the waist belt is absolute garbage. It does a great job of holding empty backpack weight, but nothing more. If you try to pack even for a one-day hike, the waist belt isn’t much of a help, and it even digs into your waist. Another thing is the side mesh pockets meant for water bottles. They are almost as useless as waist belts. When your backpack isn’t fully packed, the bottle is so loose in the mesh, that it will fall even with a little jump. On the other hand, when you are fully packed (with a wardrobe for example), pockets are so tight, that you barely can fit a 500ml bottle in it. These three things make this backpack completely useless in any hiking usage. But that's unfortunately not the end of bad things. You have two mesh pockets inside, which are fine until you use wardrobe - then you won't fit even a pen in them, so it's another half-useless thing. After about a year, my Shell became a bit u-shaped (the center of the backpack is very distanced from my back) when lightly packed (used as a daily pack) which makes it uncomfortable when used daily. Also, the mounting points for toiletry bag should have stiff base because sometimes it's hard to attach a bag to a backpack when it is fully packed. The wardrobe should also have a stiffer top and bottom (it bends when compressing), and this hanging system is nice but very tricky to use. So after using Shell as my only backpack for 2 years: It is very bad for hiking, and it is a very mediocre daily backpack (seriously, most Decathlon 20 - 25l backpacks would be better). Basically only thing that this backpack is good for, are some weekend / 3-day city trips. Also, it already started showing some wear signs, which got me a little bit worried. All this leads me to the conclusion that this is not the only backpack you need, but it is more like 0.5 of a backpack. As far as I know, the wardrobe system and the weight problems have been addressed, but I am reviewing the product I got. Overall, I am very disappointed it this product, and I truly regret buying it (It is quite expensive after all).”

“Muy descontento. Hice una compra y no me gustó la mochila por el tamaña y la calidad. No vale lo que cuesta. Aún por encima, no realizan devolución, tienes que cubrir tú los gastos. Desde luego, muy poco recomendable. Así lo estoy haciendo saber a mi entorno.”
