“I ordered a size 43 but they were way too tight for me (not the actual shoe but the shoelaces). My blood circulation got cut off and I had marks from the shoestrings over my feet when I removed them. I exchanged them for a size 44 instead but they are too big so I get blisters on my heal :( Unfortunately there is no free return so I decided to keep them anyway. Will prob not use them for my upcoming trip but rather as a simple slip-in option at home. Too bad since I like both the concept and the design otherwise. Would have been nice to offer longer shoelaces.”

“43 size was super big and 42 super small. No my normal sizes. However my disappointing experience was magnified by the exchange/return instructions that were misleading and made pay 45euros on top. I expressed my complain to the customer service and I received a very poor respond. Bad experience overall.”

“My older pair of Tropicfeel shoes developed a crack within one year of use, but because of how cool the shoes look, I wanted to have another pair. These pair of shoes are heavier in comparison to other shoes from Tropicfeel. Also, these don't look as good as others. Returns are not free-of-charge, so the customers must choose the right product, the right variant and the size else they must pay. In general, I am disappointed with overall shopping experience.”

“The inside sole seems not suitable for the shoe. Since the first time worn it is losing shape and coming out of the shoe. When wet it is further deteriorating, folding double inside and basically making it impossible to put on.”

“Even if the two shoes were marked 37. The tissue was shorter than the other one which was perfect. I asked the refund and they deducted the transport charges even if it was their fault ! Not commercial at all.. I not recommend”

“The nice features are: many easy access pockets with zipper, well designed wheels, fancy exterior design. You can almost pick it up or carrying it from any side. Cons: it’s almost impossible to use zipper pockets if instead suitcase is a bit full. - the main drawback is that the suitcase is not stable on its wheels while it stands, no matter how you position it, it will always drop. It’s very annoying, but it could be easily fixed!!!”
