“Overpriced and overcharged and TropicFeel has no phone number to speak with a representative. I keep getting automated replies and no resolution to being overcharged and missing a part of my 40L rollerbag. My next step will be the Better Business Bureau. I would recommend not purchasing from this company because if there is any issue it will not be resolved.”

“This shoe is definitely not water proof and I found out the hard way. I went camping and just the dew on the grass in the morning was enough for my socks to get soaking wet. In addition, the shoes have tarted falling apart after just 6 months and there is less than a quarter of the tread left on the bottom. I sent Tropic Feel all these complaints and they offered to send me a new pair for free but then sent the shoes to a random address without even verifying or asking. When I told them that this is not my address, they just kept forwarding my email to different people until everyone just stopped responding. Now some random person has a brand new pair of these horribly overpriced and not water proof shoes. I will never buy anything from Tropic Feel again and would never recommend them to anyone. They have a good idea but absolutely horrible execution.”

“I cannot rate this as I have not received the product yet. I have been waiting for all my purchases for now more than month! Contacted your customer servicing team but they do not provide me with any info. They simply sent me an apology email. I will want my money back!”

“This is the second pair of canyon's I've bought. The first pair were extremely comfortable with or without socks and still look good after 2 years. This pair are much tighter, gave me blister's the first time I wore them without socks and the insoles are much thinner and cheap looking. The only thing unchanged in those 2 years is the price!”

“Ordered the shoe, never received it. Was reminded for reviews (annoying) on daily basis, even shipment status is clear. I ordered another pair (and received it) before which I liked, but this is a pain in the neck and leads me to not purchase anything more again”
