“Returned shoes for another size, received confirmation via tracking that Tropicfeel received the shoes I paid for and the replacement shoes have never been sent. The money was taken out of my account by Tropicfeel and had not been refunded, nor have I received replacement shoes. I have reached out 4 times via the website app and the only phone number listed and it was an international number with no English speaking option. Have had zero responses from Tropicfeel.”

“The Laundry bag does not seal properly to repeatedly achieve a proper evacuation of the air. Unfortunately, the company does not want to refund the initial billing amount but asks for an additional shipping fee although they failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. The support moreover does not help in the resolution of the problem but solely repeats the FAQ.”
