“When the trainers arrived the elastic laces on the left trainer were broken. My right foot didn't fit into the right trainer: it was too tight -wise and the arch of my foot wouldn't fit into the trainer. When I came to return them, broken laces was not an acceptable reason to return them, so I had to go with them not fitting. Once the return process was started, it was quiet quick.”

“Really disappointed, sizing is all wrong, even the smallest size was too large. I am a UK size 3, seems to be a recurrent issue with all their shoes having read reviews. I wouldn't mind but £8 for return!!! - a joke when you can't try these on in person and the sizing is dodgy... Plus when I tightened them the 'laces' at the side stuck out so far it looked silly!”

“Hey Tripical Feel Team, the comfort of these shoes is very high, but during week 3 there are issues with the glueing and the top material (broken) and thus makes this product very disappointing.”
