“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It's been over a month and I have not received my backpack. I received an email three weeks ago saying my backpack would be shipping shortly and that I would receive an email with a tracking number. I never received such an email. When I emailed support I got no response. When I tried using the customer service bot it said my order number did not exist and now I'm sitting here waiting for a customer service person and nothing is happening. Super frustrated and feel like I got scammed.”

“Very uncomfortable to put on . The mouth doesn’t open and if you have wide foot , it is almost impossible to put on . It will be laying in the shoe cupboard now ..”

“The shoes looks ok, but it is super tight and there is nothing you can do about it as there is no extra space for the shoelace, it is not the size but on the upper part. I used it to go to work and the day even finish, my feet got super squeezed and it hurts a lot.”
