“The shoe was either badly designed and/or poorly manufactured. My heel kept slipping out of the back of the shoe, turning it into a slipper. I understand it should serve as both, but it didn't. It was just a slipper.”

“Las plantillas son poco firmes, se salen al sacar el pie del zapato y son incómodas de recolocar. Como consecuencia, se acaban deformando. Después de unos cuantos lavados, la fibra textil que recubre la plantilla, se desprende.”
