“Totally disappointed with the abysmal customer service of Tropicfeel. I ordered my shoes on Apr 13th and didn't receive my shoes till May 2nd even tho shipping should have only taken 4-7 business days. I urged them to expedite my shipping since they were having delays shipping it out from the get-go and they simply refused and threw their hands up. As a result, I missed receiving my shoes I'd specifically bought for a 3month backpacking trip for which I left on May 1st--a day before the delayed arrival of the shoes. Pathetic.”

“I bought these for my trip to Bali having lost my water shoes and thought I would give this brand a go even though it was £60 more then my original ones. They look good but once you get them wet with a little bit of sand in the them they become really uncomfortable. They are really difficult to clean and the insoles just disintegrate right away after my first wear. Wish I had bought my cheaper one's as they were more practical.”

“Hi, in the morning I go out with the dog and there is a bit of humidity. the first 3 perfect days the feet remained dry. from the 4th day onwards the feet get completely wet. I don't think they are waterproof”

“Ok for me to pay the EUR 39.90 additional Shipping fee. But suddenly i had to pay customs clearance costs of CHF 31.94 (8.25 + 23.69) trough DHL!!! I’m very unsatisfied. Instead of EUR 109.- for the shoes, i had to pay a total of EUR 183.55!! No refund and any good service, when i reached out to them.”

“Hi, I was really antousiastic about the canyon red chocolate but I am now really disappointed. Indeed they hurted my feet soooo badly the two first days, they bruised them, even if I untied them and made them very loose. I rested my feet with other shoes and then tried them again still very loose but no, my feet doesn't accept them anymore. I will write you to ask a refund. Thank you”
