“order #331919 The shoes fit OK. I only wore them for a few minutes in my bedroom. They're very uncomfortable because I have neuropathy in my feet. I did find that as I walked around with them, after tightening them up with the 'knot,' the excess shoestring was on the floor, which is a safety hazard. My number one complaint is with customer service. I contacted you are asking to return the shoe because of my foot problem. I was told that since the shoes were used, I couldn't return them. I explained that I just received the shoes less than a week before, and that they had only been worn for a short period of time. After my last email to you, I never heard from customer service again. I felt totally ignored.”

“I am really disappointed. I ordered a size larger (actually 1.5x larger), and because the shoes are narrow, the fit is very poor. I had to remove the sprint laces because they were too tight. But when my feet are loose the sole slides back. So I bought regular shoelaces. But if I tie it too tight my feet are painful. I was really excited to have them for my travels but I am extremely sad and disappointed with them. I had to buy new shoes because they were simply too uncomfortable. If you wish to contact me for more information (such as providing photos) I would greatly appreciate it.”

“Bin mit meinen neuen Schuhen zur Zeit in Ecuador! Habe sie ca. 6 mal unter einfachen Bedingungen getragen! Eine Schweissnaht hat sich ca. 2 cm gelöst und die hinteren Laschen lösen sich auf! Werde die Schuhe nach meiner Ankunft zuhause zurückschicken! Schade !”
