How satisfied are you with the product quality? The product is different to what I expected from the website

“These are the most uncomfortable shoe. The laces are way too tight and they dig into the top of my foot. I tried socks and it doesn’t help at all. Defeats the purpose of an active shoe and I couldn’t imagine wearing them to hike or get in the water.”

“I loved it until the strap to pull on the shoe came off in my hand. Now I have a hole in the back of the shoe. Not terribly satisfied.”

“The finishes of the shoe, specifically the inner seams, are not up to its price and what the brand promises. I had to return them, I could not have worn them, when I tried them on they really hurt. I am disappointed.”

“I was really excited for these, but they came through with some funny stitching or glue at the toe area of each shoe which has made indentations on the toe seam which isn't what I was hoping for. Feel comfy enough but they do look like there may have been an issue with quality control.”

“Bought these at the end of October 2022 and the fabric is cracking already and separating from the sole around the toes these are no longer waterproof... I'm not sure what happened these are just for general wear or if it's pouring down. Considering how much these cost this shouldn't have happened.”

“I bought these for my daughter and they promptly fell apart (actually pulled away from the sole, leaving a gapping hole) and the shoelace system has fallen off on both shoes (not able to securely tie.) They will either repair the damage or exchange for a new one. Which would be fine, except my daughter is traveling out of the company w/o a long-term address. Due to the situation, seems fair to refund at this point. She is very disappointed as she researched good travel shoes - this is the only closed pair she brought with her. I would not recommend this company.”

“Sizing was inaccurate I was told if I was in between sizes to go up and they ended up being just too large. Shoes were advertised as "water-friendly" but got soaked from just morning dew.”

“The 2 start review is only because the comfort of the shoes are great, but the main reason I purchased these shoes is to keep my feel dry in rainy weathers, I walked for 15min in light rain weather and my feet still got wet in them and there is no grip on the shoes in the ground is wet outsides, feels like im walking on ice floor when its raining.”
