“I love the way the shoe fits and looks, but so far I've been very unimpressed with the quality. I've had $25 shoes from walmart that hold up better. I've had these shoes for only 6 months, I don't wear them everyday, and take real good care of them. And both shoes are ripping on both sides right where the ankle is. For the price of these shoes, they should have better build quality and should last longer.”

“I was so excited that I ordered for my husband and me…. Unfortunately, for both the shoes are having a weird fit in the front and the fabric gets folded. On top, you need to pay for the return. On other hand, delivery was extremely fast.”

“I wear a US11 in 90% of my shoes but when I put on their 45, it was much too long. A free exchange to 44 was too small. Now they make me paid to ship it back.”

“Ordered 6 pairs of trousers and 3 have the exact same fault. 2 pairs have been worn a couple of times and one has not. Same fault on the embroidery logo unravelling. Customer service refuses to accept this and refuses to process a refund. I am currently doing a chargeback claim as after 2 weeks of emails I have gotten nowhere. The responses received are like my emails are not even being read. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!”

“Not really great, because the pants are unfortunately uncharacteristically too tight for me in terms of fit ... ... and so I am really unhappy with the choice that I also ordered 1 pair of these pant (in size 'L'), because these are unfortunately absolutely untypical for me in size 'L' - not even close to big and comfortable enough. And in the end, I don't need trousers that can be transformed into shorts - that's why I'll only be happy with the Tropicfeel joggers for now - because everything is just right here: style, fit (in size 'L') and also the outdoor suitability.”

“Nice material, but they run small. I used the size guide and had to exchange for a larger size. The zipper around the thighs are way to tight. Exchanging is a bit of a mess as they did not have my original colour in stock so I had to go for the green pair.”
