“Shoes arrived later than promised and damaged. Exchange was easy and the replacement came faster than the original order but are already breaking after a few days of use (the two pairs I ordered have problems) Build quality is poor and customer service is slow and ignores you when they have no answer. Would not recommend this brand.”

“Unfortunately the "sock" compartment on the shoes I received only went 3mm.above the hard plastic edge. As a result when I walked it didn't cover the hard plastic edge which then cut the back of my heels to bits. The ones shown in the website picture seems to show double this material which would solve the problem. I have complete a returns form as requested but it's been nearly 2 weeks and no reply. It's shame they had great potential”

“It doesn’t work. The rest of the stuff is great. I’ve also bought 10 pairs of shoes, a shell back pack and multiple of you accessories. I’m a mega fan. But this laundry bag doesn’t seal properly. It’s useless.”

“I really like the design and the specifics, but it’s not soft as i tought…i felt tight on the sides as well. I have also the model jungle and it was a bit tight as well on top.”
