“Unfortunately, I wasn't able to actually wear the shoes. The sizing was off and I was told I couldn't exchange them for a different size but could only return them. On top of that, I had to pay shipping for the return. I might not have minded as much if they would have exchanged it for a different size but basically I paid shipping and have nothing in return. The excuse for the shipping charge was laughable. Something about it being necessary in order to save the earth or some such nonsense. Most companies don't charge return shipping and I never experienced a company that would not exchange for another size. Plus, I'm still waiting for my refund. You also can't speak to a live person. Everything is done through a chatbot which doesn't understand most of the time or by email, which is not much better. Avoid this company.”

“Very disappointed. They are called silver white but they are a yellowy cream colour so completely different to the picture. I also had to pay to send them back!”

“they won't send me my exchange! So frustrating. Can't get anyone to respond to my emails either. Love the product but cannot recommend, not even in the slightest, with this level of customer service. I feel they've stolen my money.”

“I bought them to be comfy, stylish and dry, but clearly they aren't suitae for the last one. They're not so waterproof. I have tried them twice under the rain in Amsterdam while commuting to work by bike and water passed to my socks and I had to remain wet for the rest of the day. I would not recommend them.”

“I just received them a week ago - 3 days walking normally and the lace is already broken. Also blisters on my feet behind both heels. I am not use to have it. Can you fix the lace ? Thanks”

“Delivery was delayed and not notified only after i contacted support. Because of this i could not take the etire shipment(wich was delayed) on vacation.”
