“I was really hopeful for these--I love the narrower leg, utility and color. I'm normally a true Medium (US 8-10) but I could barely pull these over my hips, and I definitely couldn't come close to buttoning them. At that point size Large was sold out so back they went”

“I ordered 6 pairs of pro travel pants. So far after hardly any use the embroidery on 3 of the pairs coming undone in the exact same place. This is clearly a fault and if you are experiencing the same issue all I can say is good luck with customer service. I am getting nowhere!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!”

“I ordered this trousers knowing that free exchange was possible in case of not picking the right size, as per the website. The trousers look very nice and good quality, but unfortunately they were too short for me. I decided to select the exchange option and try with a different size. However, I got the message saying that exchange are not possible in pre-order products. I did not have any other option than spending almost £7 in returning these trousers. My expectations with these products and service were very high, but this now change as I feel very dissatisfied.”

“I was really looking forward to getting these shoes after first coming across them months if not years ago. I'm going travelling in Asia for several months so figured this would be perfect! I was so disappointed when they arrived to discover the quality just isn't there for a £70 shoe. The stitching & joins where materials meet is just subpar, you can sort of see the glue underneath. I ordered a pair of Adidas which I compared these with and the difference was night and day but those were £20 less. I didn't use them so cannot really comment on how they would hold up with use, but I didn't have enough faith in them to be my only shoes to take abroad for several months.”

“My husband likes the elasticised waist and overall, it's a good fit for him. My issue though is that the women's version of the shorts (i.e. after zipping off the pant legs) is much shorter than the men's. I find the ladies version too short and uncomfortable to move in when the pant legs are removed. I wish it was as long as the men's.”

“j'achète ce sac à dos, très cher, et au final il n'y a pas le compartiment pour tout bien ranger etc. C'est un sac tout a fait normal, et ils nous montre en vidéos plein de fonctionnalités géniales mais en plus et ce n'est même pas clair sur le site. J'ai donc un sac banal que j'ai payé très cher ....”
