How satisfied are you with the product quality? The product is different to what I expected from the website

How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong– Too wide

“The Wardrobe's size is good, and you can organise clothes for a 3-4 days trip. However, it doesn't fit properly in the Hive. As a result, I can't fit my laptop in the Hive when I use the wardrobe. That is because the wardrobe's base stretches the flip pocket of the Hive. That is happening even when I have unzipped the Hive's storage expansion. Also, i find the hook that is embented on the top is small to fit on the most wardrobe-rails i tried, making it useless.”

“The SmartPacking is very good. I already used it once for a 3days trip. However, I noticed that it stretches the stitches around the Hive's pocket. I used that in combination with the Wardrobe. Also, i find the hook that is embented on the top is small to fit on the most wardrobe-rails i tried, making it useless.”

“The Hive is a good idea for an expandable backpack. Based on my first try, it doesn't seem very durable. I think is too early to judge that. However, I noticed stretched stitches while it was loaded. I bought two accessories, the Wardrobe and the SmartPacking. Based on my first trip, those two accessories don't fit very well with the Hive. That was the reason I bought them in the first place.”

“May I have some proper help please as have not arrived yet Firstly you sent wrong size Then after a whole ordeal to send back to you I have not to date received them And been asking Julia to help urgently please I want these shoes but if now lost please refund my money”

“Tropicfeel sent me the wrong pair of trainers than those I ordered, yet still made me go through their difficult return process which is only available via UPS. I had to print off a label myself and journey for 20mins to send the return back for an issue that was no fault of my own. I then had to chase for the replacement, asking for a refund if that was easier but was refused. The trainers themselves were great, but the overall experience was frustrating. I would have understood if I'd decided I didn't like the product but due to having to mess around so much for their mistake, I will not be recommending or using again.”
