“It fits good, with a great grip but it's not waterproof. Well, it is, but on the wrong side; you will sweat extremly and the shoe contains it. But walking through water will geht you wer feets too.”

“This is my second pair of the exact same shoe - both have now gotten holes in the mesh, shoelaces snapped and snags in the stitches on the top of the shoe. The newest pair was bought for a 2023 backpacking/hiking trip, and within 2 weeks of the trip - less than 1 month of use in total, the shoe got huge holes in the mesh on the side of both of them and it the quality is just not worth me ever purchasing this brand again. On top of this, the shoe hurt to wear for the first 2-3 weeks because of how narrow it is. Cannot recommend.”

“Who knows how the shoes are? Their order change and cancellation policies are so ridiculous I could even deal! Placed my order incorrectly and realized right away and customer service was unable to alter my order even though the shoes would ship several days later. So ridiculous! I decided to go with a company that had their act together. Adios tropicfeel!”

“The shoe arrived already broken. I tried to exchange it over the webpage, but the feature didn’t work. There is no customer service phone number. I emailed support, told them about the problem with the webpage and asked to exchange the item. I received the response that I needed to use the webpage to exchange the item. After pointing out again that the webpage is not working, I received no reply. After three days I am still sitting here with a broken shoe and no response from the company. And then I get an email asking me if I am happy with my product and would like to post a review!”

“This pair has me scratching my head. I've owned more than 10 pairs of these canyons and currently have 6 in my daily rotation. These particular shoes are tight across the instep and long in rbx toe box. I'm not sure if these are defective or if this is the new standard, but I don't like it.”

“The shoes look good. However, the insoles are badly designed. They're not attached to the shoe. In one of my shoes, the insole was moving backward so much, that after a few minutes walking it would stick out of the shoe behind my foot. It was so uncomfortable that I had to throw the insoles away. Now the shoes are much more uncomfortable and they're getting damaged on the inside. I bought them for a 3-week trip and they were the only shoes I had; that's the only reason I was using them. I'm very disappointed with Tropicfeel.”
