“Wrong size, wrong color, shipping took 14 days longer than I paid for. Item arrived the day before I leave for Thailand so no time to resolve the incorrect product problem. Now I have to try to find something local, in FAIRBANKS ALASKA, that is good for walking around beaches in 100°F weather. Spoiler alert, not a store for 600 miles in any direction has summer shoes in stock in the middle of winter.. In Alaska. So thanks.”

“Please watch the sizing and the small print on returns. Size runs big. I should have gone one size smaller than I normally do. Great looking shoe, but and it’s a huge but, because of the sizing problem, when I tried to organise an exchange, I got a message saying this wasn’t an option and I had to pay $35 and place a new order for collection and place a new order with extra shipping. I’ve lost my first order discount, the discounted original price and birthday Tropicfeel voucher. If you are running an internet only business, with minimal overheads compared with a high street shop where you can try them on, don’t make your customers pay for the privilege. Real shame, product is better than the service and I won’t buy again”

“I purchased these shoes online. Shipping to Canada was more than I anticipated at $30, but I moved one. Then I got hit with a $51 duty charge, because I found out they ship with DHL. When I received the shoes I realized I had to size them down by a half size. I ended up paying another $30 shipping charge for the replacement and then got hit with another $51 duty. That's $162 in shipping charges for a $116 shoe. When I wrote in about this, they reluctantly refunded one of my duty charges. The shoe itself is really nice looking, but is a bit floppy, and at times, the left heal slips off my foot.”

“Better to take your money elsewhere. Too expensive products and zero sustainability. Materials are not durable, so probably with medium use, your product has a max. of a year lifetime. Not worth investing.”
