“Quality is excellent. Some doubts on design with holes for areation, which really depends on what its intended use is. A closed, hole-less design means any smell would be kept in the bag, useful for keeping dirty laundry separated from clean clothes in the same bag (I use the Hive). This, however, would obviously mean no areation for laundry, which might be a problem if used to store damp clothes (mould, etc.). My use is the former, so I would have preferred hole-less, but I understand others would use it differently. If economically viable, maybe two versions could be thought.”

“Super disappointing experience. What used to be my favorite shoes are designed differently and the same size is way more uncomfortable. Customer service then penalized me for returning these even after explaining that I had ordered the same exact size.”

“I thought I found my dream bag. It's small enough for an everyday bag, and it has the features I need. The Camera Cube is so close to perfect. The dividers feel like an afterthought. They're very flimsy and thin. The width of the small dividers is okay for smaller lenses. You only get one of each bigger divider. If there was a studier full frame divider sized option, it'd be 5 out of 5. Right now, I'd still recommend it to friends.”

“Honestly I was expecting some more, the shoe is a regular one nothings outstanding and looks even cheap you see the bad finishes and the glue all over the top and the corners, I am user of shell and the explorer bag packs and in my opinion the brand is just marketing, quality is pretty basic and you can find some other products with similar or even way cheaper on superior quality”

“I can’t wear them - very disappointing- I received a pair with damaged shoe lace & because of Tropic feet customer NOT care service I have to wait at least 2 weeks before the shoelaces arrive in Amsterdam Nl. I find this policy not acceptable- I’m a returning client I pay in advance - I receive shoe within 5 days - DAMAGED - & I’m expected to wait 2 weeks before I can even give them a test wear. Not what I would call customer service . I understand that logistics play a roll in your shipping But 1 pair of shoestrings with knot - 2 weeks if not longer.. not a pleased customer Steve Malenka”

“After a couple weeks of normal usage(urban walking), the seam between the bottom sole and top starts to detach. Expected the shoes to be more durable since is meant for all terrain, hoping your team can follow up on this. Thanks!”
