“Hi, I was really antousiastic about the canyon red chocolate but I am now really disappointed. Indeed they hurted my feet soooo badly the two first days, they bruised them, even if I untied them and made them very loose. I rested my feet with other shoes and then tried them again still very loose but no, my feet doesn't accept them anymore. I will write you to ask a refund. Thank you”

How satisfied are you with the product quality? The product is different to what I expected from the website

How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong– Too narrow

How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product was broken after short period of usage

“The shoe is warm and comfortable, but on the narrow side. The sole does not provide much cushioning, but it can be replaced. The grip is great and also the comfort with rain and puddles. You do get a little feet when in the bath, but it's less than normal waterproof hinking shoes. The quality seemed good upon receipt, but there was a big problem with breaking in. The glue of the sole starts to release after a few days. I don't know if that's a coincidence with my pair, but it does startle me. I like the shoes in themselves, but the loosening of the entire sole edge and the bad soles are major drawbacks. I hope it's boot problems with the new shoe and adjustments are coming. For now I'm really disappointed, but I hope the warranty works.”

“I have purchased the Jungle Space Navy in blue color. It looks nice looking and comfy but defiantly the quality isn't as I excepted. I bought it for my Asia trip and right after the second use it got 2 damages. It opened on the side (It is not well glued) and the second one is not well stitched. “it is the second pair of Canyon shoes that I buy. they broke in the same place where the first pair broke. after just a year of walking, a part of the fabric tears, a point that bends in the normal step. I would like to buy another pair because they are light, aesthetically beautiful and also comfortable to use every day, but I can't buy one pair of shoes a year. I don't like other Tropicfeel models, and I'm very sad about this one.”
