“This is my third pair of Tropicalfeel shoes and are a replacement for a defective pair (as are one of my other pairs). I love the look and feel of the shoes but the build quality is so poor. To date I've had insoles come apart, heel hooks (to pull them on) come off, and inner heel lining come away. All these issues were across a couple of different pairs and all within the first days of wear. I sincerely wish they could fix the build quality!!!”
