“I ordered these shoes for an upcoming vacation, They came with brown stains on the gray material and what looked like glue stains on the red bottom part. I went online and did an exchange for the same pair of shoes, printed the shipping label sent them back. After a few days, I got an email saying my return was received and I will receive the exchange. Time went by, I did not get the shoes or a confirmation email saying they were shipped, I reached out to customer service, after days of them asking to confirm the order info multiple times, and me having to send screenshots of the email I received saying my return was received, they then stated the returns portal did not automatically process the exchange. I asked them to expedite my exchange because it was a week before my vacation, they was ignored. The new shoes did come the day before my vacation, but, these new shoes were even worse than the original ones, with more brown stains on the gray part where the top of the toes are. I emailed customer service and was given a link to start the return and was told I would also be reimbursed for shipping. I sent them back right away before my vacation. I had ordered other shoes on amazon as a back up, they were great and did the job on vacation. I got an email saying my return was received on April 12. I would assume my refund would be process soon. I never got my refund, I emailed customer service to follow up, again they asked me the same questions over and over to confirm the order information. I then got an email thanking me for opening a warranty request and an email stating they do not accept return on shoes and they offered me a code to purchase the shoes again at no cost. At this time I had already opened a fraud claim on my credit card but continued to email the customer service multiple times a day, sending screen shots of the emails I got from customer service as well as requesting my full refund. I final got an email confirming my refund being processed and was refunded on my card April 28. This was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced, other companies usually say they will refund and no need to send the stained shoes back, I was not trying to get anything for free, many photos were uploaded to the return portal and sent in emails. maybe it was a one time thing with me, just be cautious and think about it before making a purchase. As for the shoe, besides the stains, they looked nice and fit well, I was excited to use them on my vacation but I will never purchase from this company again, it’s a shame.”

“I bought then for a three months travel in Asia, I didn't were them often, never tested them in water, and only wear them for city walk. After 1,5month of travel they start to break down...”

“The shoe doesn't fit for people with a size 42 EU. The entry is far to small to get your foot into the shoe. I had no chance to get into that shoe although I wear all my other shoes in size 42 EU. When I ordered a size bigger, I still had trouble getting my foot into the shoe, but now the sole was way to big. I can't recommend those shoes.”

“Supposedly its for the hive backpack but its a little to long. so it makes it hard to close the clips from the extra layer thats there to keep in in place which is a little sad”

“Mido 1’73 y uso una L. Los pantalones me están bastante más cortos que lo que me hubiera gustado. El otro modelo que pille le ocurre igual, asi que imagino que es algo propio de estos pantalones.”

“I really like the fabric and look of these pants. I think they will be very useful. I originally ordered a size medium based upon the sizing chart (which would be my usual size), but they were waaay too tight in the waist and too short in the rise. I exchanged them for a size large. These are still more snug in the waist than I prefer, but the rise works. The rest of the seat and hips are a little big, but not by much. So I think they will be fine. I would suggest ordering a size up.”
