“Product is good, but poor experience with their customer service leaving me with a poor impression of TropicFeel. I really wanted to like this company, their products are super interesting and the pair of shoes I received are fine, but they shipped the package with the wrong (more expensive) price labeled on the shipment form, leaving me to pay more in duties and taxes. After talking to customer support, the response I received was basically "Whoops, we'll make note of that" as opposed to making any sort of amends for their mistake causing the customer to pay more than they needed to.”

“When walking the rear slips off. Not very comfortable and sturdy walking shoe. Size was also too big, so I had to exchange it.”

“Completely disappointed. THey are NOT true to size. The shoes are too narrow and the website does no indicate this important details. Now I have to return them and pay a return fee because it is the right size, but the shoe is just too narrow. No size will fit better. Waste of time and money.”

“The shoe is very thin all around the foot, therefore, the shoelaces using standard holes by design make them painful after using several hours... That could be avoided by using another design for the holes so the shoelace does not get too bulky and get pressing the upper side of the foot...”
