“TLDR: quality of product is not good, service of Tropicfeel is good. In just two weeks of wearing these shoes the greyish band on the nose already showed cracks. Even worse though this grey fabric let loose from the outsole underneath. This exposes a part of the shoe that is not waterproof and thus you'll get wet feet even when walking through minor puddles. Luckily, these faults showed up within the first month, and thus I contacted Tropicfeel for warranty. Contacting support was fast and easy, and my warranty was deemed valid. This allowed me to order a new pair of the same shoes. When the new pair arrived I checked them immediately. Upon checking the nose I could immediately tell that the grey fabric again had let loose from the outsole, even without ever wearing them. So the issue I had with my first pair was not an isolated case and it appears that the shoes design is just bad, especially when they are marketed as being waterproof. All in all, the quality of the product is bad.”

“I have purchased canyon and jungle before, and find both 2 models are,super comfort. However Dune is not that good, the part for toe reinforcement is too hard and causing discomfort.”

“Really cute, really comfortable but early on the interior bit where the ankle sits started coming off, least of my worries but does mean putting them on takes a bit longer so it doesn’t get further damaged. However Im now on my first day of holidays, this is the only shoes I brought and noticed that on one of the shoes it’s starting to detach on the side, it’s pretty big maybe 3 cm, the other shoe is also showing that is going to go the same so now I’m worried I’m gonna be shoeless on my holiday. I have only done city walking, far from intense and mostly just weekends, it hasn’t even been one month, for the price really not impressed.”

“order #331919 The shoes fit OK. I only wore them for a few minutes in my bedroom. They're very uncomfortable because I have neuropathy in my feet. I did find that as I walked around with them, after tightening them up with the 'knot,' the excess shoestring was on the floor, which is a safety hazard. My number one complaint is with customer service. I contacted you are asking to return the shoe because of my foot problem. I was told that since the shoes were used, I couldn't return them. I explained that I just received the shoes less than a week before, and that they had only been worn for a short period of time. After my last email to you, I never heard from customer service again. I felt totally ignored.”
