The worst shopping experience I have ever had. The product rating is ★★★★⭐︎ but I am posting this here because there is no place to rate the immaturity of the corporate structure and customer service. The delivery was 1.5 months behind on the expected shipping time, yet the customer center did nothing but they kept saying "please see the FAQ" thing... and did not take the matter seriously. Since I was so persistent, the customer center finally worked to contact the warehouse and discovered that they even did not have the product in stock and that the shipment would be delayed for another month. The shipment was finally sent a week later than the newly reschedule date, and the package was returned from Frankfurt due to incomplete export documents. When I finally received the package, Some multiple orders for the same size all arrived only one pair at a time, resulting in resending the missing items. They stubbornly refused to ship from what they had in stock, which they defined as "to conserve resources," resulting in multiple shipments after a long wait. All departments are completely uncoordinated/unorganized. It took 4 months from the time I placed my order to the time I received all the items. To be honest, how many months would've been taken is not the problem. I understood beforehand that it would take some time. What I am very upset and strongly disappointed is the customer service that does not take customers' voice seriously, and is very workmanlike seems to take care of other people's business.

These shoes are very uncomfortable in the instep big toe area, eventhoug, my feet are slim and healthy. I can't take them to travel confortably, as I'd hoped.

I was super disappointed guys.. I really loved your shoes but I had lots of issues with them. You mention that you have true sizes, so I trusted that and got mu 39 size. They were actually way too big. So I ordered again in 38 and when it arrived not only was exactly the same size as 39 but you delivered a wrong color!!! So I had to return them and pay so much for that. So sad to have this and not own nothing at the end and waste money. So sad.

I found Tropicfeel Geyser shoes run VERY big. I normally wear a 45, but even the Tropicfeel 43 was much too big for me. They tell customers to err on the side of picking larger sizes, but that seems completely off since the shoes definitely run large compared to most other brands. After spending over £100 on the shoes, I also expected them to feel much more premium in look and quality, but they feel rather cheap in my opinion.
