“Really disappointed, sizing is all wrong, even the smallest size was too large. I am a UK size 3, seems to be a recurrent issue with all their shoes having read reviews. I wouldn't mind but £8 for return!!! - a joke when you can't try these on in person and the sizing is dodgy... Plus when I tightened them the 'laces' at the side stuck out so far it looked silly!”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It's been over a month and I have not received my backpack. I received an email three weeks ago saying my backpack would be shipping shortly and that I would receive an email with a tracking number. I never received such an email. When I emailed support I got no response. When I tried using the customer service bot it said my order number did not exist and now I'm sitting here waiting for a customer service person and nothing is happening. Super frustrated and feel like I got scammed.”
