How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong– Too small

“The design is unsuccessful. The idea of putting the foot into the shoe through such a small opening is absurd. When I pointed it out to Tropicfeel, I was offered to exchange my usual size (that worked perfectly for my previous Tropicfeel shoes) for the larger one, something I did but I'll always need a shoehorn and a few minutes to complete the operation.”

“The sneakers look gorgeous, but the back is so hard that it rubs your ankles and hurts them quite badly for such a short period of worn time. It doesn't seem that hardness will soften with time, so I decided to return them. Such a shame, as I had loads of expectations put on Tropicfeel sneakers.”

“The shoe is not flexible at all, like the previous ones (very disappointed) and also the toe part ir too narrow (and I don't even have wide feet) so i needed to get a size bigget to feel comfortable, they are bit too big, better then squeezed toes. Also its a bit hard to get in and out of the now shoe, I keep them just in case I need waterproof shoes i don't care to destroy. The ones before I liked a lot, these not.”

“Received the wrong product. Looked to be a Canyon sent instead. No tags at all were on the shoe received. The company support email is slow to respond and it's been 4 days since I submitted for return online and have still not received a return label or any communication. We now will likely not receive our shoes in time for our trip.”

“Shoe is odd. Length wise it's long enough or maybe even a little too long. But it's sooooo tight it feels too small. I will try the next size up but I am nervous it will be so long I'll have clown feet. Will have to see if I ever get a replacement pair. The company support email is slow to respond and it's been 4 days since I submitted for return online and have still not received a return label or any communication. We now will likely not receive our shoes in time for our trip.”
