“After a couple weeks of normal usage(urban walking), the seam between the bottom sole and top starts to detach. Expected the shoes to be more durable since is meant for all terrain, hoping your team can follow up on this. Thanks!”

“Hello, Unfortunately, the stretchy laces are way too tight around my foot and don't give any room for my feet. The size is correct and my feet fit well but the elastic laces squash and rub on the top of my feet causing pain. I have loosened the laces to the maximum possible and also spread the slack down the shoe to dissipate the tension but it doesn't help. I have also removed the soft soles of the shoes, If I had not I wouldn't be able to get my foot in the shoes :( It's a shame because I like the shoes but the pain is not worth it. Could you suggest some options for me? Thanks for your help. Regards, Johnny Godden”

“This is my 3/4 pair of canyons. I really love them and wear them in work. This pair is definitely different. They look different and are not as good. The logo is different and I feel they are not as comfortable as my previous pairs. I am thinking of returning them.”

“the shoe is nice and comfortable but not waterproof. I didn't run through a puddle or a brook either, just over wet grass and got wet feet. I did get a pair of new shoes for free, but I knew from the creases in the front area that they had been tried on or worn before. the sticking point is between the sole and the shaft. In my opinion, water will always be able to enter here.”
