“I love the concept and really wish I could love the execution. I dropped $300 on the full system and expected this to meet or exceed the quality of similarly-priced backpacks I've owned and used, including Patagonia, Cotopaxi, and Timbuk2. However, after two trips (purchased in early December 2022, review written mid-January 2023), it does not even live up to my far cheaper packs from REI Co-op, Eagle Creek, and even Target. The stitching has begun to fray, components such as the 10L packing cube don't fit well, and the tabs used to secure components began unraveling the minute I removed the clips for the first time. The padding for the straps and laptop case is thin and does not inspire confidence. I really wanted to love this backpack and was willing to pay a premium for a single pack that I could take on flights regardless of my type of trip, but right now, the quality just isn't there.”

“You tried to create modular products that would fit all of the backpacks and I loved the idea, unfortunately I was a little bit disappointed the it’s either the wardrobe that needs to be done a little bit thinner or the backpack size should be bigger because it’s very problematic to fit the rest of the modules for example the 12 l smart cube, once the wardrobe is in.”

“The size still doesnt fit for the third time. My ankles are hurting after a long walk. I bought size 41, then 40 and now 39. Still doesnt fit.”
