“My first pair of Geyser had a gap between the sole and upper within one month of non-daily use. The gap forms in the area close to the ball of the foot, where the shoe bends as I walk. Don’t think I’m doing anything wrong, applying any unusual pressure or walking differently than other people. Replacement (second) pair started showing signs of the same issue within two days of use.”

“I was delivered the wrong size (42 instead of 47) and because of your mistake I still have to pay 7,9 euros in return fees ? Seems very unfair customer policy to me. The products are good but a bit pricey, For that price one could expect more than this kind of service. Beside the delivery issue, I don't find any customer retention system that could facilitate any future order like an order history or so, each of my 3 orders I had to do as I was a new customer again. Alltogether, it doesn't encourage me to place any future order. Best Regards”

“The fact there is no gender forms made the Geyser uncomfortable for women. Besides, it is also harder than it looks, I thought it was more softer and flexible. The material seems to be of very good quality, but sadly, it doesn't worth the price for its hardness.”

“I had ordered a size 42 EU. Tropicfeel shipped me Size 43 box and shoes. UPS Drop off location charged me Ten Pounds GBP for shopping back to Tropicfeel for exchange. I feel robbed. Figure out your delivery process for Gods Sake.”

“You have to be kidding me. After my order early this year, i never received shoes an got a refund finally start of december, after a LOT of back and forth. After that you still sent shoes, despite me never ordering. Those were given to my Neighbour, so i was not able to reject the package. I will probably be throwing those away after the holidays. As i stated in my E-Mail exchange: NEVER contact me again and delete all my Data according to Art. 17 DSGVO.”

“The quality of the backpack is great, but I am very disappointed by the description of the product. Based on the way the product is described and the videos showing the product, I thought I was ordering a backpack with a wardrobe system. Instead, I only got a backpack, no wardrobe or attaching external pack. Turns out you have to order those items separately, but it's very hard to find where to purchase them on the website and it's not obvious they are an additional purchase. I feel the company should have made it very obvious what comes with the purchase. I was really excited about this product, but less so after advertising that feels dishonest.”
