“If you order several items like I did, I would recommend taking photos of the unopened box and each item before you unpack them. This item was missing, by the time I noticed and reported it to the customer service I was asked to send photos of the box as it arrived and all items inside it, something I had not done. Because I did not have these pictures , I was told they could not help me any further. I would class it almost as a scam. Who takes photos of their unopened items? Awful customer service. Worst of all, I really need this bag as part of my backpack combo so I will most likely have to repurchase it again.”

“While I liked the shoe, it was unfortunate a bit too small for me (size 42). I tried to exchange it for a larger size (43) which wasn’t possible as it’s currently sold out. Tropicfeel claims the first exchange is for free which was not the case for me. I was able to choose between getting my money back minus a fee or receive a gift card balance plus a bonus. I’ve chosen the balance since I intended to wait for my size to be available again which hasn’t been the case so far. So I’m currently without my money and shoes. I’ll update my review once the situation is resolved (either receiving a full refund on my bank account or a pair of shoes in size 43).”

“These shoes are poorly made. The seems are exposed on the inside and rubbed the skin off my toes. I have pics and sent them in, with no response. Terrible customer service.”

“They first randomly sent me a blanket. Took 10 days to send me a shipping label to return the blanket. The shoes I have ordered are now out of stock since everything took so long. Would have loved to have received the shoes, but now they won't ship in time since it's been over a month since my original order.”

“I used to own a pair of these shoes that I bought a few years ago, and they were fantastic—comfortable, made from a soft and breathable material, and they looked great too. I ordered the same new pair, but unfortunately I was disappointed when they arrived. The soft, breathable material that I liked so much seems to have been replaced with a cheaper synthetic fabric. The shoes don't feel nearly as comfortable or premium as the older version. I decided to keep them, but I still can't bring myself to wear them.”
