“Tropicfeel managed to turn a simple warehouse error into an unnecessarily long and frustrating process. I received the wrong (and cheaper) item on December 6th, and after almost ten emails and mostly automated replies, getting the correct product sent was still a challenge. The pickup of the incorrect item was surprisingly difficult to arrange. Promised compensation never arrived, although I received the product I purchased almost a month later than the transaction, no genuine apology was offered, and the final product quality was disappointing. Efficient customer service shouldn’t be this hard. Unfortunately, this experience does not live up to the brand image Tropicfeel promotes.”

“Bag was good itself, however after an hour of use the strap came off and had to manually put it on everyday on my holiday, which was not great. Disappointed as really excited to use in Thailand, but just made everyday annoying to use”

“Shoe was too wide (I do not have wide feet, I would usually go for regular women's shoes) and the shoes were uncomfortable with the bit atthe back digging in to my ankles. Otherwise I wish I could have kept them as I love the concept of the Tropicfeel shoes but I do not feel they suit narrow and wide feet equally.”

“30 days and I’m still waiting for it. I’ve emailed an absurd amount of times asking where my item is. I’ve requested a refund multiple times due to it still saying it’s not even with the courier on your tracking. I can’t believe I’ve been asked to review the item. The irony. Tropicfeel is a scam that robs you, sends you nothing, and only replies with AI generated emails when trying to chase it up. The amount of times I’ve received an email saying “we’ll investigate” is a joke.”
