“The product never got delivered and customer service put me in the loop to nowhere. In the end I had to file a claim with the credit card company because customer service couldn’t find the package, resend, or offer a refund”

How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product was broken after short period of usage

“Very nice backpack, but poor quality. After the second day of use, one shoulder strap broke. It's a shame because the price isn't that low. Furthermore, since it has no pockets, it's not very convenient for traveling. If you need to use it for a trip, I recommend another, more practical model.”
