“I never received my shoes. I didn’t receive any notifications about my shoes until I was asked to provide this review- apparently they were delivered to an access point? But I didn’t get any notifications. No tracking links. No emails from UPS. Nothing from tropicfeel at all. Honestly this is a joke, having waited for MONTHS for these shoes. I won’t be buying from them again. I have no guarantee the shoes are going to be there when I collect them- especially as it says that someone has collected them. And it wasn’t me. I’m SO unimpressed. Cant comment on the product, because I’ve not actually got it.”

“I ourcahsed this item in February during its production period. Was delivered in August. Exchanged for a different size. The first exchange was perfect. Ordered a bigger size, still didn't fit. Will not do another free exchange as it is still too small. Order size up and only exchange once! Not super happy with the customer service or the return/exchange process.”

“For the price and the hype, the quality of the shoe was quite poor. Glue was visible and the shoe sole slips out. The shoe feels similar to a Kmart quality shoe.”

“The first package got returned somehow, no one ever showed up on the doorstep. 2nd package. 2 different sizes which one of them has already been used. 5 weeks later and still no shoes I can wear. Terrible experience so far.”

“I had to wait months for the trainers to be delivered. Whilst I understand there were delays due to Covid, updates were poor regarding delivery. When the trainers arrived the size cam up small. Qua;ity not great as part of the stitching inside the trainers has come away so uncomfortable to wear. Overall very disappointed.”
