“Shoes are very light ... that’s a fact BUT they are poor in quality. After not even 7 days , they just started to break. Not due to hard use , we barely did anything sportive with it ... oh they got a bit into water , but that’s why they are made for no ? On every situation, they should fit and hold the effort. The price is wayyyy to much for this cheap shoes. Had high expectations...they are far from being meet. Disappointed.”

“I have been a customer for a while. I can't express how much I feel the customer service has declined at this company from when I first became a customer. I was part of the early buys for these shoes. After waiting months for them, not only was this product over 3 weeks late, I was not told about the delayed shipment. When I reach out to ask about the shipment, I was first blown off and given little details about when to expect the package. When I asked again, I was told that it would come sometime in the following 2 weeks, but they were still late on that timeline to arrive. When I received the product, they didn't fit, no problem - I was just going to exchange them for a smaller size. But, I was unable to exchange the shoes for a size that fit. This forced me to either rebuy the shoes at a higher rate or just return them. Which was not really fair to me. I should have been able to exchange for a size that fit. The costs of all your products have grown quite a bit and the service has declined. Sorry to say that I will no longer be a customer.”

“Ich mag das Design der Jacke wirklich sehr gerne und ärgere mich sehr, dass ich sie zurückschicken musste, aber die Jacke ist ihr Geld nicht wert. Die Ärmel fühlen sich von innen an, wie eine super billige 0815 Regenjacke. Für 170€ (inkl. Weste) erwarte ich einfach mehr. Ich bleibe bei meiner Napapijri Rainforrest, die ist günstiger und deutlich besser verarbeitet. Schade!”
