“Bad Design (no human has feet shaped that way), manufacturing quality is poor (loose party, poor gluing) and the support staff is being arrogant and unhelpful. Turned me from being a fan of the brand to "never again".”

“I normally use size 43 (EU) - and ordered this size. The width of the shoes is fine, but the length feels too long. The height of the shoes is not good for my feet - the shoes are higher compared to many of my other shoes. The "edge" put pressure on a part of my ankle, which causes some pain after a while. Build quality seems fine. Would I have bought them, if I tried them in a store? Probably not! Update November 2022: I have not been using the shoes much - was planning to use them on a vacation in the spring. But I have been walking around indoors at home in them for some hours to make my feet used to them. BUT the shoes are already starting to break. The upper edge between the heel-part and the front-part has broken, so the build quality is not so good after all. Have lowered the rating from 3 to 2.”

“I tried on the shoes I purchased and they were too small and uncomfortable. I had read that I could return them easily and I would be supplied with a ticket for a return. What I didn't know was that I was charged 8 euros for the return !! I sent two emails to enquire about this and never got an answer. then I sent another email to ask about drop off places for my package ( the instructions gave an email where we could do this). I never got an answer!!! Of course, the ads keep coming in, no problem with that. I would definitely NOT recommend purchasing through Tropic Feel since their customer service seems really bad and returns are super expensive!”

“The shoes fit right but the elastic tightens a little at the instep. Shoes warm the foot a lot and the insole makes the foot stink. Except the first day, I used them with socks. I bought these shoes for ten days, but I have already stopped using them”
