“Nice shoes, but they arrived with damaged laces. I sent you an e-mail about this. You said replacing them would take three weeks. I answered that that is problematic, as I bought these shoes for a hiking trip in Georgia that I am leaving for next week. What's even more shocking: I received an invoice for the replacement of the laces, while they were already broken upon arrival (I sent pictures to prove this on the day of arrival). I now have to find a solution for my hiking trip. Therefore, a discount would be reasonable. You sent me a discount code for future purchases on your website, which to me is very assulting. Why would I buy something anew on your site while you have managed my first order so badly and with such little respect to the costumer? I sent in my complaint, but have been ignored eversince. I am highly dissatisfied with TropicFeel.”

“The first time I wore these was on a hike. I got terrible blisters all over my feet—my toes, my heels, and the tops of my feet. By the end of the hike my feet were bleeding and my shoes were stained with blood. Very painful. I had high hopes for these shoes, they were advertised as versatile and comfortable. Unfortunately they did not work out and I don’t know what to do with them.”

“Although these shoes look awesome, I got blisters on my feet immediately. I tried to walk with them for a few days just to see if they will adjust to my feet but it just got worst. Even though the insole shouldn't be slippery the sole has this angle and my feet always slips down to the front. Also, the shoelaces are super tight and makes the shoe even tighter than it is and it's very hard to put it on overall. Overall uncomfortable unfortunately”

“Schade, ein super Schuh. Ich hätte ihn gern behalten, aber das Plastik, durch welches die Schnürsenkel gezogen sind, hat furchtbar auf den fussspan gedrückt. Auch bei der grösse 37. Da Kunststoff nicht nachgibt wie Leder, kam der Schuh für mich nicht in Frage.”
