“After a month, I didn't received my shoes (apparently delivery issue). at the end I cannot rate the product. So just one more star to the reimbursement.”

“Shoes fit just okay but the insole keeps riding up. So far, TropicFeel has not sent a replacement insole. Even with an insole from an old pair, the shoes don’t fit great but look great. Also, the preorder was supposed to arrive in August and didn’t arrive until October.”

“DHL sent the bag and I was informed that I should receive it last Friday. I went to DHL Malta today and they told me that it was not sent by DHL express and therefore they cannot trace it. Basically, TROPICFEEL chose the cheapest way to send the bag. It's amazing how you treat your returning customers.”

“Poor quality shoes for it's prize. They are noy conforable at all, tha lace system just doesn't work for a shoe that wide (at least for me) and there are not regular laces to changes. I tried a 43 (way too big) and now a 42 and they are small, that never happened to me before.”

“pain in the fold of my feet while walking (could be due to support soles). I am trying the return the shoes for over a week now, but the return system is temporary unavailable. They proposed manual processing for returning the shoes (ordering a label at a carrier myself). However it really is a game of back and forth emailing asking permission to order a label, saying that their return labels are working again (while they are not when I check),... I hope to process the return ASAP, really starting to loose my patience here.”
