“The design is terrible. Not at all comfortable. I ordered in the correct size. Wore around the house for 2h and my ankles are in shreds, and foot rubbed raw in various places. Terrible build quality too. Along with a horrific carbon footprint for delivery. My order travelled 4000 miles. Being made from 5 recycled bottles is irrelevant”

“First pair I received had a manufacturing defect. Second pair I received was okay, but I can see the finition of the sole (exterior/back) it's far from being perfect. It looks cheap as they're not using the best Chinese factory to make them. The price/quality ratio isn't good. As for the size, it's a bit bigger than the usual, I would have ordered a 9.5 instead of 10.”

“I was a huge tropicfeel fan and recommended your product to a lot if friends and family but the monsoon model is really disappointing. The shoe shapes in a strange way at the front because of some layer under the top layer. Also it is not comfy especially compared to the other models we own. It scraped up my whole heel. First I thought that this is maybe because of my ancle shape, but my husband who has really thin ancles got the same problems. We are quite unhappy with our choice of monsoon especially compared to what we are used to from ordering at tropicfeel.”

“To Whom It May Concern, We have purchased from TropicFeel on multiple occasions. We do not ordinarily complain about anything. And we are fine paying for things as they are presented to us. It's not about money, it's about principle. Your video is misleading regarding the SHELL backpacks. It implies that the purchase includes toiletry/ tech pouches AND the promised wardrobe systems as nowhere in the video does it imply they are separate purchases. We ordered two SHELL backpacks e received the TWO TropicFeel SHELL Backpacks but they are only shells, daypacks. They are missing both the promised toiletry/ tech pouches AND the promised wardrobe systems. We look forward to this oversight being rectified. Truthfully, we don't even care if you charge us for the missing components... BUT we want them... those missing components were the point of the purchase... the wardrobe system was the whole point of buying the SHELL system. Thank you for your timely response to this matter. “US sizing is completely wrong with this company. I ordered from Canada. Paid customs fees to have the shoes delivered. When the shoes didn't fit, I had to pay customs fees to receive the replacements and customer service was unwilling to help me out. I have now paid as much in custom fees as I have for the shoes.”
