“I've never had such a bad experience with a company. The shoes I were sent had massive holes in the seams, they tried to get me to pay extra for a replacement and I am still battling to get a refund.”

“I needed a small day pack that was foldable, which has to be small, Otherwise you might as well get a normal bag. When I received this, it was way bigger and thicker than expected when folded so I returned it. In my opinion not suitable for a foldable size daypack, takes up too much room.”

“La idea es buena, pero utilicé el producto y no es tan práctico como creía. No lo llene del todo y no fui capaz de cerrarlo del todo....y luego en la mochila hace que se quede demasiado rígida e incomoda para llevar. Tengo la Shell y de momento me ha parecido la mejor de todas...”

“Worst shopping experience ever! I couldn't complete a payment of $7 for customs because of a technical problem the shipping company APG failed to resolve. I tried processing the payment maybe 18 times using 4 different devices and 4 different borrowsers and they still say the problem at my end! Tropiclfeel does not let me process a refund of my order because the item is still with the shipping company. They said you need yo wait until their shipping comoany return the item to the warehouse. I have been waiting now almost a month but nothing is happening! I Did not yet get a refund yet, item is not yet retuned to warehouse and I feel I just have to forget about the $140 i paid for the shoe. I dont recommend buying. It took so much of my time in vain. Customer service is very good at respong quick but very bad at resolving problems!”

“I had to return my first pair as the size was far too big. I went down one whole UK size and still had to get sole inserts to make these fit (with thicker socks). The elasticated laces do not offer enough strength to tighten the shoe for a secure fit. Although these are useful for wet and cold weather, they would not be suitable for anything muddy. Additionally the grip performs very poorly in ice or snow. Really more of a fashion boot that can survive a cold puddle.”
