“’m sure the product would have been great – if only I had received it. I placed my order on April 14th, and as of May 5th, it still hasn’t even left the warehouse. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but all I get are vague excuses about an “investigation” and zero real help. I’m flying abroad on May 8th and needed this item urgently – but clearly, this company doesn’t care. No product. No refund. No responsibility. Extremely disappointed.”

“I like how lightweight the product is, but after a while, the shoe inserts get all crinkly and messed up, and they begin to smell beyond what a washing machine can help. I would appreciate it if the company sold separate inserts on their website so I do not have to keep buying new pairs of shoes. This is my second pair, and I’m already feeling like I need to buy a third, but I don’t want to keep spending money on the same shoe which is fine (aside from the inserts!)”

“This is my third purchase. The previous one had a similar issue of a bad odor after the shoe got wet. I usually never had this issue in the past with any other brand. This is my last purchase from them.”

“I purchased these shoes with high expectations, but unfortunately, they completely failed me. On the very first use, the sole of the right shoe came off, leaving me stranded in the middle of the jungle. I couldn't believe it – I was in a situation where I needed reliable footwear, and instead, I was left with nothing. The quality of these shoes is extremely disappointing, especially considering the price I paid. It's nothing compared to my previous experience with Tropicfeel, where the product lived up to the hype. I honestly wonder if they even have a proper quality control in place. Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing from them again. Extremely poor product and a complete letdown.”
