How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? I expected a more technical product
The size is good for my camera (canon eos R6) and 2 lenses (rf 28-70 2.0 and rf 70-200 2.8) but I can't use the pocket from the inner cover, everything falls out when I open the backpack because there is no zipper/ button/etc . The dividers are veeery thin and I'm not sure if they protect the lenses properly. The straps are very thin too and because of the weight of the camera equipment and it pulls the backpack down.

I think this organizer doesn’t fit perfectly into the Nest there is a lot of space on top and on the sides. Also the organizer warps are almost to small for everything also that they are diagonal isn’t very good I think. I wish I could sent it back.

One of the sneakers has some rests of glue between the sole and the cloth. I have already sent you 2 mails asking you how to proceed to exchange them for a new pair in perfect conditions, but nobody answers. At this point this is my opinion. Please contact me and give me a solution

6 days ago I sent you this letter to support@tropicfeel.com Hello. After purchasing online a pair of Monsoon Thyme Green shoes size 40 EU/9 US (Order #204490) following your instructions according to my foot size ("Fit Finder"), I received this model on May 27. Unfortunately I found that these were not my size, so I sent them back to you following your instructions and requesting a larger size: 41 EU/9.5 US (Order #207850), thinking this would be the right model/size. Last June 3rd I received the same model size 41 and my surprise was that these were not my size either, so I would need a size 42 which will be definitely my size. The problem is that when I try to access your web (return portal) to get the "prepaid postage label for the return" it is not possible and I get the message "All items have been returned". Therefore I would like to know how to proceed in order to obtain the "prepaid postage label for the return". Moreover, according to what I have read in your FAQ, there is only one prepaid return label per original order. I hope that in my particular case I will be allowed to change my size without having to pay an extra charge, as I believe that this time it will be the final and correct one. Best regards. I have not yet had a reply and instead you send me your advertisements every day. I would prefer you to solve my problem instead of sending me advertisements. I look forward to hearing from you.
