“I received the wrong size of shoes, well they didn't fit and had no label, stating the size. I returned the pair, and was also charged a return fee, when I had in fact received the wrong size in the first place”

“I had high hopes for this sneaker. Unfortunately, the design makes it extremely difficult to put on. The tongue does not separate from the rest of the sneaker, so there is no way to make the opening larger. I have average feet and once on, the sneaker is very comfortable. Unfortunately I will need to return these.”

“Just absolutely terrible quality. Put them on for the very first time and the loop at the back of one shoe came off completely. Broken without even having taken a single step. I've had several other pairs of Tropicfeel shoes without problems but this is an insult. I want an immediate replacement or a complete refund for this garbage pair.”
